Preamble: Whereas this bill should be addressed by the Government because of the fact that the welfare comes from taxes paid by the citizens. Tax payers should have the comfort of knowing that their hard earned money is going to a good cause rather then to just anyone. Now that EBT is widely able to be used anywhere there is much more fraud being able to happen so we think we should have more regulations for the modern times. With this new law people who actually need Federal money is getting that money rather than people who will not use the money in a positive way.
Body: Anyone who is taking federal money needs to be able to be submitted to a on demand drug test.
Enactment Clause: After the passing of this bill it will take affect March 1st, 2015.
The Senate in period three votes this down 19 to 3.
The House of Representatives of period 2 refuses to even hear this bill and veto's it outright.
